These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flow Fuel mobile app (the "App"), operated by Kinavi Corp ("Flow Fuel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Flow Fuel provides AI-assisted nutrition tracking and coaching, including meal photo analysis, calorie and macronutrient estimates, and an AI chat coach. Flow Fuel is a wellness tool for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, diet, or exercise.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flow Fuel. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to:
Nutrition estimates, chat responses, and summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for using your own judgment when relying on any information provided by the App.
Flow Fuel may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Where a paid subscription is offered, it is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled, and is subject to that platform's payment terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
You retain ownership of the meal photos, descriptions, and messages you submit. You grant Flow Fuel a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the App's functionality for you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition estimates, health data, or AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinavi Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
